Recipes Collection Of Instant Making Microwave Chocolate Cakes In A Mug
These recipes collection is a series of step-by-step instructions for preparing ingredients you forgot to buy in utensils you don't own to make a dish the dog won't eat the rest of.
Chocolate Mug Cake Recipe 1:
I snagged this recipe from my LiveJournal buddy Grigorisgirl who got it from another blogger.
I am copying it here:
5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
a small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug
Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high). The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
I couldn't face the idea of the batter rising over top and making a gruesome mess out of the microwave, so I stopped the cooking just before that critical stage.
I haven't tasted it yet. I skipped the chocolates chips and vanilla extract that I don't have. Thank goodness, the mug wasn't a problem, and we're still without dog. So I hope it will be edible...

5 Minute Chocolate Cake
Need a hit of chocolate cake in a hurry or a quick dessert for the kids! Here it is!
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons SR flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil (I use 2)
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
A small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug
Process:
Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts
(**My microwave is 700 watts and I zap it for 4 minutes.

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons flour (that's plain flour, not self-rising)
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional) mini chips would be the best
optional: 2 tablespoons walnuts (cuted in small pieces)
Small splash of vanilla
Process:

Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla, and mix again.

Chocolate Mug Cake Recipe 5:Diet Chocolate Mug Cake
Ingredients:
3 packets diet hot chocolate
3 Tablespoons Pamela's Gluten Free Baking Mix
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon Splenda
1 teaspoon honey
some semi-sweet chocolate pieces (chocolate chunks/chocolate chips)
all in a mug and stir till FULLY mixed. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
I did it for 2 minutes and the cake ended up quite a bit dry...I think 15-20 seconds shorter next time.
