Enormous Chocolate Truffle Cake.
16" wide, 12" high.
Inside is three layers of moist chocolate cake. Icing is mocha buttercream, then topped with a puddle of chocolate ganache. Surrounded with chocolate truffles rolled in toasted nuts, drizzled with white chocolate!
